2. Secondary Use Guidelines

2.1 Definitions

Our Works: As defined above.

Secondary Use: Incorporating Our Works — in whole or in part, with or without modifications — into your own creations.

2.2 Target Audience

These guidelines are intended for:

　- Individuals
　- Informal, unregistered fan groups or circles

If you are part of a company or organization that does not fall into the above categories, please contact us through our inquiry form for proper usage permission.

2.3 Usage Rules

Secondary Use is permitted in accordance with copyright law (such as private or non-commercial use).

There is no need to contact us for permission as long as your content complies with the rule above.

When publishing or displaying content that uses Our Works, you must include the appropriate copyright notice wherever the content appears (e.g., web pages, printed materials, etc.)

These guidelines do not cover anime content based on Our Works. If you wish to use or create anime-related content, please contact the producers directly.

You may use content from books or manga based on Our Works, but limited to the cover and a small number of pages.

Please do not use extracted audio such as character voices, music, or sound effects separately from the original work.

We reserve the right to use Secondary Use content for non-commercial purposes — such as sharing it on aNCHOR’s social media channels — at any time or place of our choosing, without prior permission or compensation to the creator.
