These guidelines do not apply to content that combines material from Our Works with third-party intellectual property (such as in crossovers).

aNCHOR will not be held liable for any infringement of third-party intellectual property rights arising from your use of Our Works to create Fan Content, Secondary Use, or Game Videos.

aNCHOR reserves the right to modify or amend these guidelines at any time, without prior notice. We are not responsible for any consequences that may arise as a result of these changes.

aNCHOR reserves the right to request the removal of any Fan Creation, Secondary Use, or Game Video. We are not responsible for any consequences that may arise as a result of such a request.
All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court or Tokyo Summary Court.

aNCHOR is unable to provide answers to questions regarding the interpretation of these guidelines.
