1. Fan Creation Guidelines

1.1 Definitions

Our Works: All content owned by aNCHOR, including but not limited to visuals, audio, text, and other in-game elements.

Fan Creations: Original, fan-made content inspired by Our Works, provided you add your own creative input or interpretation. This includes fan art, fiction, cosplay, videos, and similar transformative works.

Please note: The direct reproduction of Our Works in another medium without meaningful transformation (for example, placing our character artwork onto merchandise like acrylic stands or t-shirts) or with only minor edits (such as cropping or color changes) does not count as a Fan Creation. For such cases, please refer to the Secondary Use Guidelines.

1.2 Target Audience

These guidelines are intended for:

　- Individuals
　- Informal, unregistered fan groups or circles

If you are part of a company or organization that does not fall into the above categories, please contact us through our inquiry form for proper usage permission.

1.3 Usage Rules

Fan Creations may be publicly shared or distributed for non-commercial purposes. There is no need to contact us if these rules are being followed. You may collect up to 200,000 yen (or the equivalent in your local currency) to cover production costs. However, if we have reason to believe your activities exceed the scope of covering production costs, we may make further inquiries and assess whether your project complies with these guidelines. Likewise, we reserve the right to request that you cease distribution or related activities if we have reason to believe you are profiting from your project rather than merely covering production costs.

Do not present your Fan Creations as official or authorized aNCHOR content.

Please make sure your Fan Creations do not infringe on the rights of third parties.

If you have created art for aNCHOR under contract and wish to include it in your portfolio, art book, or other work of similar nature, please contact us in advance for permission.

Physical 3D Fan Content (e.g., figures or models) based on Our Works may only be shared or sold at events where aNCHOR grants specific one-day licenses (e.g., Wonder Festival). For details, please contact the event organizers.

We reserve the right to use Fan Creation content for non-commercial purposes — such as sharing it on aNCHOR’s social media channels — at any time or place of our choosing, without prior permission or compensation to the creator.
