3. Game Video Distribution Guidelines
3.1 Definitions
Our Works: All content owned or sold by aNCHOR, including but not limited to visuals, audio, text, and other in-game elements.
Game Videos: Videos or streams featuring Our Works, including but not limited to Let’s Plays, walkthroughs, and live streams.
3.2 Target Audience
These guidelines are intended for:
- Individual streamers or creators, including those who receive compensation from companies
- Informal fan groups or circles
If you are part of a company or organization that does not fall into the above categories, please contact us through our inquiry form for proper usage permission.
3.3 Allowed Platforms
You may share your Game Videos on video platforms that have music licensing agreements with JASRAC, such as YouTube or Twitch. For the full list of supported services, please refer to the official page.
If you receive compensation for your videos (for example, if you are a professional streamer) please use your personal account or channel to share Game Videos.
3.4 Content Restrictions
The following types of content are not allowed:
- Content that shows raw gameplay without commentary or added value
- Content that disparages aNCHOR or its developers
- Content that implies official affiliation, sponsorship, or approval from aNCHOR
- Content that shows the use of pirated, modified, or hacked aNCHOR games
- Content that falsely claims you have been officially approved to stream Game Videos
- Content with illegal, offensive, or inappropriate material
Note that these limitations are not exhaustive, and additional restrictions may be imposed at our discretion.
3.5 Monetization Rules
You may use platform-based monetization tools (e.g., YouTube Partner Program).
The use of direct donations or paid features (such as Super Chat, memberships, or tip jars) is not allowed.
If you are unable to disable donation features, please make sure to clearly inform your viewers not to donate during streams.
3.6 Other Guidelines
When distributing Game Videos, you must include the appropriate copyright notice wherever the content appears (e.g., web pages, printed materials, etc.)
- Ⓒ Muv-Luv: The Answer – for Muv-Luv series content
- Ⓒ KimiNozo – for Kimi ga Nozomu Eien content
- Ⓒ aNCHOR – for all other content

If your Game Video is removed or demonetized, please follow the platform’s policies and procedures for how to respond or appeal.
aNCHOR is unable to review or confirm in advance whether a specific Game Video complies with these guidelines.
