(hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) hereby publishes the following Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as “this Policy”) regarding the handling of customers’ personal information, in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (hereinafter referred to as the “APPI”).
Unless otherwise defined in this Policy, terms used herein shall have the meanings as defined in the APPI.
1. Compliance with Laws and Security Control Measures
1-1. The Company complies with the APPI and all related laws and regulations in order to ensure the appropriate handling of personal information.
1-2. The Company implements appropriate security control measures to prevent loss, alteration, leakage, or other incidents involving personal information. In addition, the Company provides appropriate supervision over employees and contractors who handle personal information.
2. Purposes of Use of Personal Information

If the Company acquires and uses personal information for purposes other than those listed above, such purposes will be separately disclosed on the Company’s website or by other appropriate means.
3. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
3-1. Except in cases where customer consent is not required under the APPI or other applicable laws and regulations, the Company provides personal information to third parties (including third parties located in foreign countries) only with the customer’s consent, including cases where the customer applies for a service after agreeing to terms that specify such third-party provision.
When providing personal information to third parties located in foreign countries, the Company may provide such information to third parties that have established systems conforming to the standards necessary to continuously implement equivalent measures as required under the APPI.
3-2. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company provides personal information obtained from customers (including names, contact information, inquiry details, and all other information obtained by the Company) to its affiliated companies for the purposes of management by such affiliated companies, transactions with customers, and other business activities conducted in cooperation with the Company’s affiliated companies.
By providing personal information to the Company after agreeing to this Policy, customers are deemed to have consented to the provision of their personal information to the Company’s affiliated companies.
4. Provision of Personal Information to Contractors
The Company may outsource all or part of the handling of personal information to third parties (including those located in foreign countries) to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of use.
5. Contact for Requests Regarding Disclosure, Correction, Suspension of Use, or Deletion of Personal Information
When a customer requests disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, or erasure of personal information, the Company will respond after verifying that the request is made by the customer themselves.

6. External Transmission of Information
In providing its website and related services, the Company uses services provided by third parties and transmits customer information to such third parties when customers use the Company’s website and related services.

• Information Provision and Advertising: To optimize the provision of information and delivery of advertisements tailored to customers’ attributes and interests
• Basic Functions: To provide essential website functions such as screen display, temporary storage of input content, and maintenance of login status

Please note that disabling information transmission may result in limitations when using products or services provided by each company.

7. Revisions
The Company may review and revise this Policy as necessary without prior notice. Any revisions shall take effect from the time they are published on the Company’s website or by other appropriate means.
8. Validity
The governing language of the Privacy Policy shall be Japanese. Any English or other translations hereof are made for reference purposes, and in the event of any conflict between the Japanese language version and any other language version, the Japanese language version shall prevail.
